An easy drinking, medium bodied wine with fantastic layers of fruit on the palate. Made mainly from Triomphe d'Alsace its the perfect partner to red meats, poultry and cheese. Matured in oak for 10 months before bottling it's ready for drinking now.

This is our premium red and displays a wonderful full body and a rich finish. Made from Rondo and Pinot Noir, it has some good fruit flavours with hints of damsons and blackberries with soft oak tannins on the finish. Matured in small French oak barrels its ideal with red meats and game dishes.
