Made mainly from Faber, it has undergone a cool fermentation which  captures the delicate flavours of this variety. There are hints of lychees and tropical fruit and the palate has a powerful, clean, dry finish.  Perfect with poultry and fish dishes.

The 2009 Fumé is a limited release wine made from Bacchus and Reichensteiner grapes and has been fermented and matured in French oak barrels. Great care has been taken not to over oak the wine and the result is a balanced wine perfect for fish dishes and poultry.
